power_n be_v see_v most_o evident_o by_o such_o of_o the_o apostle_n as_o live_v long_a and_o this_o his_o come_n in_o the_o power_n of_o the_o gospel_n be_v a_o pawn_n and_o evidence_n of_o his_o future_a come_n to_o judgement_n in_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o father_n hence_o learn_v 1._o whosoever_o get_v a_o right_a sight_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o christ_n power_n in_o convert_v soul_n in_o erect_v his_o church_n with_o all_o his_o ordinance_n therein_o and_o govern_v of_o it_o will_v not_o refuse_v to_o bear_v his_o cross_n for_o to_o encourage_v the_o disciple_n to_o bear_v the_o garden_n peter_n james_n and_o john_n ver._n 2._o and_o be_v transfigure_v before_o they_o and_o his_o face_n do_v shine_v as_o the_o sun_n and_o his_o raiment_n be_v white_a as_o the_o light_n in_o the_o transfiguration_n the_o lord_n glory_n appear_v in_o three_o thing_n the_o first_o be_v the_o alteration_n of_o the_o natural_a obscurity_n of_o his_o flesh_n into_o a_o glorious_a shine_a brightness_n flow_v from_o the_o indwelling_a of_o the_o godhead_n in_o he_o in_o so_o far_o that_o the_o darkness_n of_o his_o â—aiment_n be_v swallow_v up_o in_o this_o light_n spring_v through_o the_o same_o so_o as_o it_o make_v his_o raiment_n appear_v white_a as_o light_v hence_o learn_v 1._o where_o the_o lord_n please_v to_o let_v forth_o his_o glory_n it_o be_v able_a to_o beautify_v our_o earthly_a and_o obscure_a body_n as_o this_o transfiguration_n far_o transcend_v moses_n his_o face_n shine_v give_v evidence_n 2._o glorification_n take_v not_o away_o the_o substance_n nor_o natural_a property_n of_o the_o body_n for_o here_o be_v a_o glorious_a transfiguration_n but_o no_o abolition_n of_o the_o substance_n of_o christ_n body_n ver._n 3._o and_o behold_v there_o appear_v unto_o they_o moses_n and_o elias_n talk_v with_o he_o the_o second_o point_n of_o christ_n glory_n be_v the_o apparition_n of_o moses_n and_o elias_n whether_o in_o their_o own_o proper_a body_n
