the_o say_a money_n with_o interest_n his_o late_a majesty_n do_v for_o himself_o his_o heir_n and_o successor_n before_o the_o year_n 1640._o by_o letter_n patent_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n and_o other_o assignment_n upon_o the_o land_n and_o revenue_n within_o the_o snrvey_n of_o the_o exchequer_n give_v warrant_n and_o commandment_n to_o the_o lord_n high_a treasurer_n
