that_o purpose_n it_o may_v appear_v nevertheless_o because_o we_o have_v be_v earnest_o and_o often_o importune_v by_o many_o of_o our_o love_a subject_n planter_n and_o adventurer_n in_o virginia_n and_o the_o summer_n island_n and_o late_o by_o our_o commissioner_n for_o virginia_n that_o we_o will_v be_v please_v to_o take_v into_o our_o royal_a care_n that_o part_n of_o our_o dominion_n by_o tobacco_n from_o and_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o may_n now_o next_o ensue_v which_o be_v not_o or_o shall_v not_o be_v of_o the_o proper_a growth_n of_o the_o say_a colony_n or_o plantation_n or_o one_o of_o they_o yet_o because_o the_o say_v foreign_a tobacco_n may_v not_o lie_v on_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o owner_n thereof_o we_o be_v gracious_o please_v that_o at_o any_o time_n within_o forty_o day_n after_o the_o say_v five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o march_n such_o foreign_a tobacco_n may_v be_v free_o export_v by_o any_o person_n whatsoever_o without_o pay_v any_o subsidy_n or_o other_o duty_n for_o the_o same_o and_o because_o no_o man_n shall_v pretend_v ignorance_n and_o thereby_o endeavour_n to_o excuse_v his_o offence_n in_o any_o of_o the_o premise_n we_o do_v further_a charge_n and_o command_v and_o do_v hereby_o signify_v and_o declare_v our_o will_n and_o pleasure_n to_o be_v that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n merchant_n or_o other_o who_o use_v twenty_o day_n of_o october_n now_o next_o come_n bring_v the_o same_o into_o our_o customhouse_n within_o our_o city_n of_o london_n if_o such_o tobacco_n be_v within_o five_o mile_n of_o our_o say_a city_n or_o if_o such_o tobacco_n be_v in_o any_o other_o city_n town_n or_o place_n within_o this_o our_o realm_n of_o england_n or_o dominion_n of_o wales_n or_o realm_n of_o ireland_n shall_v bring_v the_o same_o to_o the_o town-house_n or_o other_o fit_a place_n which_o shall_v be_v to_o that_o purpose_n appoint_v by_o we_o in_o that_o city_n or_o corporate_a town_n near_o unto_o which_o
