a_o proclamation_n for_o cite_v minister_n who_o have_v have_v not_o pray_v for_o their_o majesty_n edinburgh_n august_n 22._o 1689._o whereas_o by_o a_o act_n of_o council_n of_o the_o sirth_n of_o this_o instant_a in_o pursuance_n of_o a_o act_n of_o the_o meeting_n of_o the_o estate_n of_o this_o kingdom_n of_o the_o thirteen_o of_o april_n last_o the_o parochioner_n and_o hearer_n of_o such_o minister_n as_o have_v neglect_v and_o slight_v the_o read_n of_o the_o proclamation_n therein_o mention_v and_o the_o pray_v for_o king_n william_n and_o queen_n marry_o be_v invite_v and_o allow_v to_o cite_v such_o minister_n before_o the_o privy_a council_n which_o act_n of_o council_n grant_v warrant_n for_o cite_v and_o adduce_v minister_n and_o forasmuch_o as_o the_o design_n of_o the_o say_a act_n be_v that_o such_o minister_n who_o have_v disobeyed_n the_o say_a act_n of_o the_o meeting_n of_o the_o estate_n may_v conform_v thereto_o by_o a_o legal_a sentence_n be_v deprive_v therefore_o that_o the_o say_a act_n of_o the_o meeting_n of_o the_o estate_n and_o the_o act_n of_o council_n pursuant_v thereof_o may_v attain_v there_o intend_a design_n and_o effect_v with_o the_o great_a expedition_n and_o least_o expense_n to_o the_o liege_n the_o lord_n of_o his_o majesty_n privy_a council_n in_o their_o majesty_n flame_n and_o authority_n do_v invite_v and_o allow_v not_o only_o the_o parochioner_n and_o hearer_n of_o such_o minister_n as_o have_v disobeyed_n but_o also_o the_o heretor_n of_o these_o parochin_n and_o the_o sheriff_n or_o their_o depute_n and_o magistrate_n of_o burgh_n respective_a and_o the_o member_n of_o this_o currant_n parliament_n within_z there_o respective_a bound_n to_o cause_n cite_v such_o minister_n before_o the_o privy_a council_n and_o hereby_o grant_v warrant_n to_o messenger_n at_o arm_n for_o cite_v they_o and_o such_o witness_n as_o be_v necessary_a they_o deliver_v a_o copy_n of_o these_o present_n either_o in_o print_n or_o in_o writ_n sign_v by_o their_o hand_n to_o each_o minister_n that_o shall_v be_v cite_v by_o they_o to_o any_o tuesday_n or_o thursday_n six_o day_n after_o the_o citation_n for_o all_o on_o this_o side_n the_o river_n tay_n and_o fifteen_o day_n for_o all_o beyond_o the_o say_a river_n that_o such_o minister_n who_o have_v not_o give_v obedience_n to_o the_o say_a act_n of_o the_o meeting_n of_o the_o estate_n may_v be_v a_o legal_a sentence_n be_v deprive_v according_a thereto_o and_o appoint_v the_o return_v of_o these_o execution_n to_o be_v enrol_v by_o the_o clerk_n of_o privy_a council_n and_o call_v before_o the_o lord_n at_o their_o respective_a day_n of_o compearance_n declare_v that_o these_o present_v be_v but_o prejudice_n of_o any_o citation_n already_o give_v or_o to_o be_v give_v either_o upon_o the_o former_a act_n of_o council_n or_o upon_o warrant_n from_o the_o council-board_n and_o ordain_v these_o present_n to_o be_v print_v and_o publish_v by_o the_o officer_n of_o prive_v council_n at_o the_o mercat-crosse_n of_o edinburgh_n that_o none_o may_v pretend_v ignorance_n per_fw-la actum_fw-la dominorum_fw-la secreti_fw-la concilii_fw-la gilb_n eliot_n cls._n sti._n concilii_fw-la god_n save_o king_n william_n and_o queen_n mary_n edinburgh_n print_v by_o the_o heir_n of_o andrew_n anderson_n by_o order_n of_o his_o majesty_n privy_a council_n anno_fw-la dom._n 1689._o
