practice_n they_o contradict_v and_o deny_v what_o they_o own_o and_o profess_v with_o their_o lip_n these_o belong_v to_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n grace_n as_o to_o the_o external_n dispensation_n and_o regiment_n of_o it_o because_o they_o profess_v obedience_n to_o his_o law_n and_o live_v under_o the_o mean_n of_o grace_n by_o which_o many_o of_o they_o through_o the_o efficacious_a concurrence_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v translate_v into_o the_o invisible_a kingdom_n of_o his_o dear_a son_n now_o this_o visible_a kingdom_n of_o god_n upon_o earth_n be_v but_o a_o imperfect_a state_n and_o condition_n for_o though_o all_o that_o be_v member_n of_o it_o be_v select_v and_o take_v out_o of_o the_o world_n yet_o there_o be_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o mixture_n and_o gross_a dissimilation_n many_o that_o be_v enemy_n to_o the_o cross_n of_o christ_n will_v yet_o go_v under_o that_o cognisance_n and_o keep_v up_o a_o form_n of_o godliness_n though_o they_o deny_v and_o hate_v the_o power_n of_o it_o second_o there_o be_v even_o in_o the_o invisible_a church_n here_o on_o earth_n a_o great_a mixture_n too_o those_o who_o have_v a_o real_a and_o vital_a union_n to_o christ_n and_o maintain_v a_o spiritual_a communion_n with_o he_o yet_o even_o they_o have_v a_o sad_a mixture_n of_o evil_a with_o all_o their_o good_a of_o sin_n with_o all_o their_o grace_n and_o holiness_n so_o that_o the_o church_n be_v still_o imperfect_a not_o only_o from_o a_o mixture_n of_o person_n but_o from_o a_o mixture_n in_o person_n as_o we_o know_v but_o in_o part_n so_o it_o shine_v not_o and_o the_o star_n be_v not_o pure_a in_o his_o sight_n as_o the_o light_n of_o the_o sun_n when_o it_o arise_v drown_v and_o extinguish_v all_o other_o light_n for_o its_o brightness_n as_o it_o bring_v a_o day_n to_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o world_n so_o it_o bring_v a_o a_o night_n to_o the_o star_n so_o the_o infinite_a brightness_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n over-casts_a all_o other_o glory_n whatsoever_o with_o night_n and_o obscurity_n hence_o it_o be_v say_v that_o god_n charge_v his_o angel_n with_o folly_n job_n 4.8_o so_o that_o if_o those_o wife_n world_n we_o beg_v knowledge_n and_o understanding_n of_o he_o of_o his_o nature_n of_o his_o will_n and_o of_o his_o work_n for_o we_o can_v glorify_v that_o god_n who_o we_o be_v ignorant_a of_o we_o beg_v likewise_o patience_n and_o contentment_n in_o all_o estate_n thankfulness_n for_o every_o providence_n grace_n that_o do_v high_o tend_v to_o the_o promote_a of_o god_n honour_n and_o glory_n we_o beg_v faith_n likewise_o whereby_o we_o give_v the_o high_a and_o great_a glory_n to_o god_n that_o mortal_a man_n be_v able_a to_o ascribe_v for_o to_o trust_v upon_o his_o word_n and_o to_o advance_v his_o honour_n and_o that_o the_o wrath_n of_o man_n may_v praise_v he_o by_o show_v forth_o his_o power_n wisdom_n and_o goodness_n either_o in_o restrain_v or_o overturning_a it_o
