clear_v 3._o but_o howsoever_o the_o suppliant_n pretend_v magna_n charta_fw-la cap._n 29._o for_o this_o be_v the_o place_n they_o aim_v at_o as_o i_o think_v where_o it_o be_v say_v no_o free_a man_n shall_v be_v take_v or_o imprison_v or_o be_v disseise_v of_o his_o freehold_n or_o liberty_n etc._n etc._n we_o shall_v not_o pass_v upon_o he_o nor_o condemn_v he_o but_o by_o lawful_a consider_v the_o end_n why_o that_o law_n be_v make_v or_o the_o time_n when_o the_o end_n be_v this_o that_o the_o king_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v not_o challenge_v a_o infinite_a and_o absolute_a power_n to_o themselves_o as_o some_o king_n elsewhere_o do_v and_o yet_o do_v without_o judgement_n and_o lawful_a proceed_n to_o take_v away_o any_o man_n liberty_n life_n country_n good_n or_o as_o by_o battle_n etc._n etc._n v._o and_o now_o see_v all_o jurisdiction_n and_o authority_n in_o this_o realm_n aswell_o ecclesiastical_a as_o temporal_a be_v ever_o in_o right_a but_o now_o be_v
