plain_o declare_v he_o come_v prepare_v to_o give_v they_o all_o satisfaction_n and_o security_n in_o the_o great_a concern_v of_o the_o protestant_a religion_n as_o it_o be_v establish_v in_o the_o church_n of_o england_n that_o can_v consist_v with_o reason_n and_o christian_a prudence_n and_o that_o he_o declare_v as_o free_o that_o he_o be_v ready_a to_o grant_v a_o further_o secure_v of_o our_o liberty_n and_o property_n by_o as_o many_o good_a law_n as_o they_o shall_v propose_v and_o can_v consist_v with_o the_o government_n without_o which_o there_o will_v be_v neither_o liberty_n
