general_a assize_n &_o gaol_n delyvery_n to_o be_v hold_v within_o the_o same_o county_n or_o at_o a_o quarter_n session_n to_o be_v hold_v before_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n within_o the_o same_o county_n shall_v make_v open_a proclamation_n ten_o day_n at_o the_o least_o before_o the_o return_n that_o the_o party_n or_o party_n name_v in_o the_o say_v write_v shall_v within_o vi_o day_n next_o after_o such_o proclamation_n yield_v he_o or_o their_o body_n or_o body_n to_o the_o gaol_n and_o prison_n of_o the_o say_a sheriff_n or_o other_o such_o officer_n there_o to_o remain_v as_o a_o prisoner_n accord_v to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o first_o write_v of_o excomunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la upon_o pain_n of_o forfeiture_n of_o x.li_fw-la and_o thereupon_o after_o such_o proclamation_n have_v and_o the_o say_v vi_o day_n past_a and_o expire_v than_o the_o say_a sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n to_o who_o such_o writ_n of_o capias_fw-la shall_v be_v direct_v shall_v make_v return_n of_o the_o same_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la into_o the_o say_a court_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n of_o all_o that_o he_o have_v do_v in_o the_o execution_n thereof_o and_o whether_o the_o party_n name_v in_o the_o say_a wrytte_n have_v yield_v his_o body_n to_o prison_n or_o not_o and_o if_o upon_o the_o return_n of_o the_o say_a sheriff_n it_o shall_v appear_v that_o the_o party_n or_o party_n name_v in_o the_o say_v write_v of_o capias_fw-la or_o any_o of_o they_o have_v not_o yield_v their_o body_n to_o the_o gaol_n and_o prison_n of_o the_o say_a sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n accord_v to_o the_o effect_n of_o the_o same_o proclamation_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n that_o so_o shall_v make_v default_n shall_v for_o every_o such_o default_n forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n highness_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n ten_o pound_n which_o shall_v like_o wise_n be_v extreat_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n into_o the_o say_a court_n of_o exchequer_n in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o fine_n and_o amerciament_n there_o tax_v and_o assess_v be_v use_v to_o be_v and_o thereupon_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n shall_v also_o award_v forth_o one_o other_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la against_o the_o person_n or_o person_n that_o so_o shall_v be_v return_v to_o have_v make_v default_n with_o such_o like_a proclamation_n as_o be_v contain_v in_o the_o first_o capias_fw-la and_o a_o pain_n of_o xx.li_fw-la to_o be_v mention_v in_o the_o say_v second_o write_v and_o proclamation_n and_o the_o sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n to_o who_o the_o say_v second_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la shall_v be_v so_o direct_v shall_v be_v serve_v and_o execute_v the_o same_o second_o write_v in_o such_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o before_o be_v express_v for_o the_o serve_a and_o execute_v of_o the_o say_v first_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la and_o if_o the_o sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n shall_v return_v upon_o the_o say_v second_o capias_fw-la that_o he_o have_v make_v the_o proclamation_n accord_v to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o same_o write_v and_o that_o the_o party_n have_v not_o yield_v his_o body_n to_o prison_n accord_v to_o the_o tenor_n of_o the_o say_a proclamation_n that_o than_o the_o say_a party_n that_o so_o shall_v make_v default_n shall_v for_o such_o his_o contempt_n and_o default_n forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n highness_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n the_o sum_n of_o xx.li_fw-la which_o say_v sum_n of_o xx.li_fw-la the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v likewise_o cause_v to_o be_v extreat_v into_o the_o say_a court_n of_o exchequer_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a and_o then_o the_o say_a justice_n shall_v likewise_o award_v forth_o one_o other_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la against_o the_o say_a party_n with_o such_o like_a proclamation_n and_o pain_n of_o forfeiture_n as_o be_v contain_v in_o the_o say_v second_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la and_o the_o sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n to_o who_o the_o say_v three_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la shall_v so_o be_v direct_v shall_v serve_v and_o execute_v the_o say_v three_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la in_o such_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o before_o in_o this_o act_n be_v express_v and_o declare_v for_o the_o serve_a &_o execute_v of_o the_o say_v first_o &_o second_o writ_n of_o capias_fw-la and_o if_o the_o sheriff_n or_o other_o officer_n to_o who_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o say_v three_o write_v shall_v appertain_v do_v make_v return_n of_o the_o say_v three_o write_v of_o capias_fw-la that_o y_o e_o party_n upon_o such_o proclamation_n have_v not_o yield_v his_o body_n to_o prison_n according_a to_o the_o tenor_n thereof_o that_o then_o every_o such_o party_n for_o every_o such_o contempt_n and_o default_n shall_v likewise_o forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n other_o xx.li_fw-la which_o sum_n of_o also_o the_o say_a justice_n shall_v have_v authority_n by_o this_o act_n infinite_o to_o award_n such_o process_n of_o capias_fw-la with_o such_o like_a proclamation_n and_o pain_n of_o forfeiture_n
