more_o hurt_n to_o man_n than_o good_a from_o exercise_v the_o ministry_n or_o preach_v in_o their_o jurisdiction_n or_o dominion_n for_o such_o have_v not_o any_o power_n from_o christ_n so_o to_o preach_v but_o serve_v the_o enemy_n of_o christ_n and_o man_n xxx_o prince_n and_o ruler_n may_v for_o order_n sake_n distribute_v their_o christian_a kingdom_n into_o parish_n which_o shall_v be_v the_o ordinary_a bound_n of_o particular_a church_n and_o such_o distribution_n be_v very_o congruous_a to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o ministry_n and_o church_n and_o conduce_v to_o orderly_a settlement_n and_o peace_n and_o experience_n have_v show_v we_o that_o such_o parish_n church_n where_o the_o pastor_n be_v faithful_a and_o fit_a may_v live_v as_o christian_n shall_v do_v to_o their_o mutual_a comfort_n in_o piety_n love_n and_o peace_n and_o such_o parish-order_n we_o desire_v xxxi_o but_o no_o ruler_n may_v hence_o conclude_v 1._o that_o parish_n be_v distribute_v by_o god_n immediate_o or_o that_o he_o have_v command_v such_o a_o distribution_n as_o a_o thing_n of_o absolute_a necessity_n to_o a_o church_n but_o the_o general_n rule_v of_o order_n and_o
