they_o 3._o as_o for_o the_o anabaptist_n so_o call_v the_o other_o party_n with_o who_o we_o be_v account_v and_o number_v in_o the_o accuser_n charge_n it_o be_v well_o know_v what_o difference_n there_o be_v between_o we_o and_o they_o and_o how_o that_o we_o have_v be_v opposite_a one_o to_o the_o other_o in_o controversy_n about_o spiritual_a thing_n and_o also_o in_o matter_n of_o judgement_n about_o government_n and_o fight_v with_o carnal_a weapon_n etc._n etc._n and_o they_o have_v deal_v sometime_o with_o we_o and_o proceed_v towards_o we_o too_o hardly_o and_o malicious_o as_o some_o of_o themselves_o know_v in_o accuse_v we_o to_o the_o power_n of_o the_o nation_n as_o this_o man_n have_v do_v but_o i_o shall_v at_o this_o time_n say_v no_o far_o of_o they_o then_o this_o there_o may_v be_v a_o sincerity_n and_o uprightness_n among_o they_o in_o many_o of_o they_o more_o than_o be_v in_o this_o our_o accuser_n though_o there_o be_v no_o small_a measure_n of_o error_n in_o judgement_n in_o they_o as_o concern_v many_o doctrine_n and_o practice_n hold_v by_o they_o and_o it_o be_v not_o my_o work_n now_o to_o accuse_v they_o neither_o to_o reward_v they_o evil_a for_o their_o evil_n but_o only_o on_o this_o occasion_n i_o be_o force_v to_o clear_v the_o truth_n for_o the_o better_a information_n of_o all_o and_o i_o do_v wish_v well_o to_o they_o and_o even_o that_o they_o may_v confess_v to_o the_o justness_n of_o god_n judgement_n in_o what_o have_v befall_v they_o in_o this_o the_o day_n of_o their_o reproof_n who_o have_v be_v too_o ambitious_a and_o hard-hearted_a towards_o other_o that_o have_v not_o be_v of_o their_o way_n and_o sect_n and_o now_o the_o lord_n deal_v just_o with_o they_o in_o bow_v they_o under_o other_o and_o in_o deface_v their_o glory_n which_o be_v of_o man_n and_o not_o of_o god_n but_o to_o the_o case_n in_o hand_n i_o return_v and_o say_v how_o unrighteous_a still_o do_v appear_v the_o manner_n of_o this_o our_o adversary_n charge_n for_o whatsoever_o the_o anabaptist_n or_o any_o other_o may_v hold_v or_o do_v though_o i_o at_o this_o time_n shall_v neither_o justify_v nor_o yet_o condemn_v gospel_n but_o if_o any_o shall_v be_v destroy_v in_o their_o person_n or_o estate_n by_o cruelty_n for_o or_o because_o they_o be_v in_o error_n of_o mind_n and_o judgement_n in_o matter_n spiritual_a or_o may_v be_v suppose_v so_o to_o be_v it_o be_v no_o less_o than_o robbery_n and_o murder_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n and_o let_v the_o king_n consider_v this_o and_o keep_v his_o hand_n from_o shed_v of_o blood_n on_o that_o account_n lest_o he_o provoke_v the_o lord_n against_o he_o and_o now_o i_o come_v to_o the_o second_o branch_n of_o the_o petition_n where_o the_o labour_v and_o that_o every_o form_n of_o worship_n maintain_v their_o own_o minister_n how_o and_o as_o they_o will_v and_o if_o man_n preach_v the_o gospel_n let_v they_o live_v of_o it_o and_o let_v their_o gospel_n maintain_v they_o without_o beg_a maintenance_n of_o the_o king_n or_o trouble_v he_o with_o such_o matter_n as_o pertain_v to_o another_o state_n even_o to_o the_o spiritual_a government_n of_o christ_n who_o call_v his_o minister_n and_o give_v his_o gift_n to_o who_o he_o will_v and_o send_v they_o out_o whither_o he_o will_v and_o their_o gospel_n have_v effect_n to_o change_v and_o convert_v people_n and_o to_o beget_v love_n in_o the_o heart_n of_o people_n and_o such_o as_o be_v beget_v to_o god_n by_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n can_v free_o give_v of_o never_o know_v not_o in_o be_v among_o the_o apostle_n but_o much_o abomination_n and_o idolatry_n be_v bring_v forth_o at_o such_o place_n and_o in_o such_o way_n to_o the_o grief_n and_o vexation_n
