mark_n and_o that_o the_o owner_n of_o all_o and_o every_o cloth_n chargeable_a to_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o relief_n of_o clothes_n grant_v by_o this_o act_n yearly_o within_o xx_o day_n after_o the_o year_n expire_v shall_v deliver_v his_o say_a book_n so_o subscribe_v or_o mark_v with_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o aulnageour_n or_o his_o deputy_n and_o praysour_n to_o the_o commissiooner_n for_o the_o taxation_n and_o assessment_n of_o the_o say_a relief_n within_o the_o limit_v where_o such_o clothier_n dwell_v or_o to_o one_o of_o they_o upon_o pain_n of_o forfeiture_n by_o the_o and_o form_n as_o be_v before_o declare_v and_o thesame_a book_n yearly_o shall_v make_v and_o deliver_v to_o the_o commissioner_n for_o the_o taxation_n of_o good_n within_o the_o limit_n where_o such_o cloth_n maker_n dwell_v or_o to_o one_o of_o they_o within_o xx_o day_n next_o after_o the_o year_n expire_v and_o it_o be_v further_o ordain_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a
