therefore_o be_v they_o call_v independent_o so_o that_o every_o individual_a independent_a congregation_n be_v invest_v with_o a_o supremacy_n of_o their_o own_o and_o challenge_v to_o themselves_o a_o power_n to_o censure_n condemn_v and_o to_o excommunicate_v any_o man_n whether_o magistrate_n prince_n or_o peasant_n and_o that_o which_o excel_v popery_n itself_o the_o independent_a individual_a church_n will_v allow_v of_o no_o appeal_n from_o their_o sentence_n whether_o right_a or_o wrong_n unto_o any_o other_o power_n and_o the_o reason_n for_o it_o be_v this_o scil_n
