shall_v first_o state_n the_o case_n which_o be_v endeavour_v by_o this_o paper_n to_o be_v justify_v they_o be_v a_o army_n raise_v and_o form_v by_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n of_o the_o 15_o their_o own_o judgement_n and_o conscience_n though_o contrary_a to_o they_o that_o choose_v they_o they_o be_v only_o in_o such_o case_n accountable_a to_o and_o censurable_a by_o the_o house_n which_o they_o can_v not_o reasonable_o be_v if_o they_o be_v cens●rable_a by_o the_o people_n that_o send_v they_o for_o than_o the_o parliament_n may_v judge_v that_o good_a service_n which_o the_o elector_n judge_v evil_a and_o è_fw-la convers●_z the_o elector_n may_v judge_v that_o evil_n which_o the_o house_n may_v judge_v to_o be_v good_a and_o so_o no_o man_n can_v be_v safe_a or_o free_a stranger_n and_o in_o no_o case_n be_v they_o accountable_a to_o the_o army_n who_o be_v so_o far_o from_o be_v those_o from_o who_o they_o receive_v their_o trust_n that_o they_o be_v only_a person_n in_o a_o subordinate_a trust_n under_o they_o for_o their_o defence_n from_o force_n which_o how_o well_o they_o have_v perform_v we_o leave_v to_o the_o judgement_n of_o all_o those_o who_o observe_v their_o present_a proceed_n 4._o these_o action_n which_o they_o undertake_v to_o justify_v be_v contrary_a not_o only_o to_o their_o trust_n but_o to_o the_o express_a letter_n of_o the_o covenant_n
