be_v perfect_a without_o some_o general_a visitor_n and_o overseer_n of_o the_o several_a particular_a church_n 3._o that_o though_o a_o particular_a church_n or_o congregation_n may_v be_v complete_a without_o they_o yet_o for_o the_o necessary_a union_n and_o agreement_n of_o the_o several_a particular_a church_n in_o christian_a province_n and_o kingdom_n it_o be_v fit_a and_o agreeable_a to_o reason_n and_o no_o way_n repugnant_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n that_o under_o the_o supreme_a magistrate_n there_o shall_v be_v other_o governor_n to_o protect_v and_o encourage_v those_o satisfy_v with_o the_o bishop_n power_n without_o far_a proaese_n as_o be_v clear_a by_o their_o own_o light_n to_o stop_v the_o mouth_n of_o that_o bold_a separatist_n and_o those_o very_a thing_n which_o be_v then_o account_v argument_n of_o force_n enough_o to_o prove_v a_o lawfulness_n of_o communion_n in_o those_o church_n which_o be_v under_o this_o government_n have_v the_o same_o force_n to_o prove_v the_o lawfulness_n of_o the_o peaceable_a exercise_n of_o our_o ministry_n under_o the_o same_o for_o whether_o we_o grant_v their_o jurisdiction_n in_o the_o church_n to_o have_v be_v ab_fw-la initio_fw-la and_o a_o apostolical_a constitution_n or_o no_o as_o indeed_o now_o that_o i_o know_v plead_v it_o be_v as_o exercise_v in_o all_o the_o subordinate_a officer_n hand_n nor_o
