defaulk_v increase_v or_o enlarge_v to_o be_v streat_v in_o form_n as_o hereafter_o ensue_v so_o that_o he_o come_v before_o the_o estreate_v of_o the_o same_o assess_v be_v deliver_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n into_o the_o king_n and_o queen_n majesty_n escheke_a and_o if_o it_o be_v prove_v by_o wytnesse_n his_o own_o confessyon_n or_o other_o lawful_a way_n or_o mean_n within_o a_o year_n after_o any_o such_o oath_n make_v that_o the_o same_o person_n so_o tax_v and_o swear_v be_v of_o any_o better_a or_o great_a value_n in_o land_n good_n or_o other_o thing_n above_o specify_v at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o say_a oath_n than_o the_o fame_n person_n so_o swear_v do_v declare_v upon_o his_o say_a oath_n that_o then_o everye_o such_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v lose_v and_o person_n chargeable_a to_o this_o act_n the_o time_n of_o the_o say_a assessing_n happen_v to_o be_v out_o of_o this_o realm_n and_o out_o of_o wales_n or_o far_o from_o the_o place_n where_o he_o shall_v be_v know_v than_o he_o to_o be_v set_v where_o he_o be_v last_o abide_v in_o this_o realm_n or_o within_o wales_n and_o best_a know_v and_o after_o the_o substance_n and_o value_n and_o other_o profit_n of_o every_o person_n know_v by_o thexamination_n certificate_n and_o other_o manner_n of_o wise_a as_o be_v aforesaid_a the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o king_n and_o queens_n majesty_n commission_n shall_v after_o the_o rate_n aforesaid_a set_v and_o tax_v every_o person_n according_a to_o the_o rate_n of_o the_o act_n may_v or_o may_v be_v set_v or_o tax_v provide_v always_o that_o every_o such_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v set_v or_o tax_v for_o payment_n of_o and_o to_o this_o subsidy_n for_o and_o after_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o his_o land_n tenemente_n and_o other_o real_a possession_n or_o proffite_n at_o the_o say_a taxation_n shall_v not_o be_v set_v and_o tax_v for_o his_o good_n and_o cattle_n or_o other_o movable_a substance_n at_o the_o same_o taxation_n and_o that_o he_o that_o shall_v be_v charge_v or_o tare_v for_o the_o same_o subsidy_n for_o his_o good_n cattle_n and_o other_o movable_n at_o the_o same_o taxation_n shall_v not_o be_v charge_v tax_v or_o chargeable_a for_o his_o land_n or_o other_o real_a possession_n or_o profit_v above_o say_v at_o the_o same_o
