remedy_n all_o those_o mischief_n this_o most_o wholesome_a law_n be_v provide_v which_o we_o shall_v brief_o endeavour_v to_o divide_v into_o its_o several_a branch_n and_o explain_v it_o to_o the_o underkeeper_n shall_v not_o deliver_v a_o truecopy_n of_o the_o mittimus_fw-la within_o 6_o hour_n after_o the_o prisoner_n demand_v it_o the_o head-gaoler_n or_o keeper_n forfeit_v to_o the_o prisoner_n for_o the_o first_o offence_n 100_o for_o the_o second_o offence_n 200l_n and_o lose_v his_o place_n nor_o be_v there_o any_o fee_n to_o be_v pay_v for_o the_o same_o the_o turn-key_n first_o day_n of_o session_n of_o oyer_n and_o terminer_n or_o general_a gaol-delivery_n petition_v in_o open_a court_n to_o be_v bring_v to_o his_o trial_n and_o than_o if_o he_o be_v not_o bring_v to_o trial_n the_o next_o term_n or_o session_n follow_v on_o the_o last_o day_n thereof_o he_o shall_v be_v bail_v and_o if_o not_o indict_v the_o second_o term_n or_o session_n shall_v be_v discharge_v 6._o this_o act_n extend_v to_o all_o place_n within_o england_n and_o wales_n the_o tower_n can_v be_v suppose_v to_o be_v exempt_v nor_o windsor_n castle_n nor_o any_o such_o royal_a fort_n for_o the_o word_n be_v general_a and_o beside_o there_o be_v a_o special_a act_n of_o parliament_n that_o unite_v the_o king_n castle_n to_o the_o county_n wherein_o they_o stand_v there_o
