still_o unable_a to_o withstand_v their_o enemy_n use_v any_o great_a force_n against_o they_o then_o they_o have_v for_o the_o most_o part_n recourse_n to_o god_n by_o prayer_n who_o do_v at_o such_o time_n viij_o appoint_v one_o for_o their_o prince_n chief_a captain_n and_o ruler_n to_o deliver_v they_o from_o their_o say_a enemy_n we_o say_v for_o the_o most_o part_n because_o sometime_o they_o attempt_v some_o matter_n of_o importance_n without_o seek_v any_o chief_a governor_n from_o god_n 9_o as_o at_o one_o time_n the_o people_n of_o sichem_n presume_v to_o choose_v they_o a_o prince_n afterward_o when_o the_o king_n of_o judah_n do_v altogether_o neglect_v their_o duty_n in_o church_n cause_n religion_n decrease_v and_o go_v to_o havoc_n insomuch_o as_o the_o scripture_n rehearse_v
