same_o consist_v in_o two_o point_n that_o be_v to_o say_v in_o be_v pitiful_a towards_o our_o neighbour_n when_o we_o see_v they_o in_o adversity_n and_o also_o when_o we_o have_v such_o a_o pitiful_a affection_n as_o we_o seek_v the_o mean_n to_o succour_v they_o and_o every_o man_n strain_v himself_o to_o his_o power_n
likewise_o be_v torment_v so_o that_o they_o shall_v pay_v very_o dear_a for_o all_o their_o joy_n lo_o how_o the_o scripture_n avouch_v it_o and_o it_o behove_v we_o to_o receive_v that_o which_o be_v speak_v there_o and_o to_o be_v thorough_o resolve_v of_o it_o and_o when_o we_o have_v do_v god_n the_o honour_n too_o give_v credit_n to_o his_o word_n then_o will_v he_o make_v we_o to_o not_o be_v perceive_v by_o our_o earthly_a eye_n and_o understanding_n nevertheless_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o god_n favour_v not_o the_o wicked_a and_o why_o because_o that_o although_o they_o have_v never_o so_o much_o prosperity_n and_o although_o they_o flourish_v never_o so_o much_o to_o outward_a appearance_n yet_o be_v all_o of_o it_o turn_v to_o their_o ruin_n and_o confusion_n and_o contrariwise_o though_o the_o faithful_a be_v scourge_v and_o torment_v many_o way_n yet_o notwithstanding_o for_o as_o much_o as_o they_o be_v uphild_n by_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n â–ª_o they_o never_o miscarry_v and_o all_o turn_v to_o their_o welfare_n and_o profit_n and_o herein_o we_o see_v that_o thing_n accomplish_v which_o be_v contain_v here_o to_o be_v short_a we_o see_v what_o we_o have_v to_o mark_v upon_o this_o text_n so_o then_o let_v we_o learn_v not_o to_o put_v our_o trust_n in_o this_o world_n nor_o in_o any_o of_o the_o inferior_a mean_n here_o below_o but_o let_v we_o lean_v unto_o god_n see_v that_o he_o have_v give_v we_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n to_o the_o end_n that_o be_v graff_v in_o he_o we_o may_v drain_v such_o strength_n and_o sap_n from_o he_o that_o although_o our_o life_n be_v hide_v so_o as_o we_o be_v even_o as_o it_o be_v in_o death_n we_o may_v not_o cease_v to_o continue_v still_o and_o to_o be_v maintain_v in_o good_a and_o sure_a state_n wait_v till_o this_o good_a god_n have_v deliver_v we_o out_o of_o all_o worldly_a misery_n and_o out_o of_o all_o the_o trouble_n which_o we_o be_v fain_o to_o suffer_v here_o until_o he_o call_v we_o and_o bring_v we_o into_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n and_o the_o glory_n which_o he_o have_v purchase_v by_o the_o precious_a blood_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o now_o let_v we_o fall_v flat_a before_o the_o presence_n of_o our_o good_a god_n with_o acknowledgement_n of_o our_o fault_n pray_v he_o to_o make_v we_o perceive_v they_o better_o than_o we_o have_v do_v
