a_o law_n the_o say_a statute_n before_o recite_v be_v in_o force_n then_o if_o contrary_a to_o the_o second_o clause_n in_o that_o 29_o chap._n of_o magna_fw-la charta_fw-la it_o have_v be_v also_o enact_v that_o justice_n and_o right_n shall_v be_v defer_v to_o all_o freeman_n and_o sell_v to_o all_o that_o will_v buy_v it_o three_o that_o upon_o premise_v by_o the_o petition_n of_o right_o
