divert_v or_o misapply_v any_o money_n give_v by_o this_o act_n he_o shall_v forfeit_v his_o office_n be_v incapable_a of_o any_o place_n of_o trust_n and_o pay_v the_o treble_a value_n of_o any_o shall_v at_o all_o time_n be_v view_v without_o fee_n ccxxiu_o in_o case_n it_o happen_v that_o the_o duty_n grant_v upon_o coffee_n tea_n chocolate_a and_o spice_n by_o the_o foresay_a act_n with_o the_o duty_n to_o be_v raise_v by_o this_o act_n shall_v amount_v to_o more_o
import_v although_o fill_v with_o liquor_n shall_v pay_v one_o moiety_n of_o the_o duty_n charge_v thereon_o by_o the_o former_a acts._n cccclxxxiii_n upon_o the_o importation_n of_o any_o whale_n fin_n scotch_a linen_n or_o ticking_n as_o aforesaid_a entry_n thereof_o shall_v be_v make_v in_o the_o custom-house_n where_o import_v and_o in_o case_n of_o land_v any_o such_o good_n before_o due_a entry_n make_v and_o the_o duty_n secure_v or_o without_o a_o warrant_n from_o the_o commissioner_n or_o proper_a officer_n of_o the_o custom_n for_o land_v the_o same_o such_o good_n shall_v be_v forfeit_v or_o the_o value_n thereof_o and_o be_v recover_v of_o the_o importer_n or_o proprietor_n one_o moiety_n to_o the_o king_n the_o other_o to_o the_o seiser_n or_o prosecutor_n cccclxxxiv_n
