place_n where_o they_o be_v to_o receive_v relief_n the_o treasurer_n there_o shall_v give_v they_o relief_n and_o a_o testimonial_a whereby_o they_o may_v pass_v from_o treasurer_n to_o treasurer_n until_o they_o shall_v come_v to_o the_o place_n require_v and_o this_o shall_v be_v do_v upon_o the_o bare_a certificate_n of_o the_o commander_n and_o captain_n although_o they_o have_v not_o as_o yet_o obtain_v any_o allowance_n from_o the_o muster-master_n or_o receiver-general_n of_o the_o muster-roll_n wingates_n stat._n tit._n captain_n and_o soldier_n 43_o el._n c._n 3._o if_o any_o soldier_n or_o mariner_n beg_v or_o counterfeit_v a_o certificate_n he_o shall_v be_v punish_v as_o a_o common_a rogue_n and_o shall_v lose_v his_o pension_n if_o he_o have_v any_o 43_o el._n c._n 3._o wingate_n ut_fw-la supra_fw-la when_o out_o of_o the_o county_n where_o the_o party_n be_v press_v a_o fit_a pension_n can_v be_v satisfy_v it_o shall_v then_o be_v supply_v by_o the_o county_n all_o their_o receipt_n and_o disbursement_n and_o must_v enter_v the_o name_n of_o the_o party_n relieve_v into_o their_o book_n and_o also_o the_o certificate_n by_o virtue_n whereof_o the_o disbursement_n be_v make_v and_o where_o they_o disallow_v of_o a_o certificate_n they_o be_v to_o set_v down_o the_o reason_n of_o their_o refusal_n under_o the_o certificate_n or_o on_o the_o back_n thereof_o 43_o el._n c._n 3._o wingate_n stat._n tit._n captain_n and_o soldier_n if_o any_o treasurer_n wilful_o refuse_v to_o give_v relief_n in_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o their_o session_n may_v set_v a_o fine_a upon_o he_o which_o may_v be_v levy_v by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o his_o good_n wingate_n ubi_fw-la supra_fw-la these_o officer_n at_o the_o end_n of_o their_o year_n within_o 10_o day_n after_o easter_n session_n be_v to_o give_v 〈◊〉_d a_o just_a account_n to_o the_o succeed_a treasurer_n oâ—_n all_o their_o receipt_n and_o disbursement_n within_o the_o time_n of_o their_o office_n and_o than_o if_o they_o have_v any_o money_n in_o their_o hand_n they_o be_v to_o deliver_v it_o to_o their_o successor_n and_o if_o any_o such_o officer_n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n shall_v not_o give_v up_o such_o account_n within_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a oâ—_n shall_v be_v otherwise_o negligent_a in_o the_o execution_n of_o his_o office_n the_o justice_n at_o the_o session_n may_v assess_v what_o fine_a they_o please_v upon_o he_o so_o thaâ—_n it_o be_v not_o under_o five_o pound_n but_o what_o theâ—_n please_v above_o five_o pound_n upon_o he_o his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n wingate_n ubi_fw-la supra_fw-la 43_o el._n c._n 3._o in_o corporation_n the_o justice_n there_o be_v tâ—_n put_v this_o act_n in_o execution_n and_o not_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o county_n this_o act_n be_v not_o to_o prohibit_v the_o city_n of_o london_n to_o make_v a_o tax_n if_o neeâ—_n require_v differ_v from_o that_o above_o limit_a iâ—_n
