upon_o pain_n that_o as_o well_o the_o schoolmaster_n as_o also_o the_o party_n that_o shall_v retain_v or_o maintain_v any_o such_o schoolmaster_n contrary_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o this_o ordinance_n and_o be_v thereof_o convict_v before_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n at_o their_o general_n quarter_n session_n of_o the_o say_a county_n shall_v forfeit_v each_o of_o they_o for_o every_o day_n so_o witting_o offend_v ten_o shilling_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n where_o such_o offence_n be_v commit_v and_o be_v it_o further_o ordain_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o several_a and_o respective_a commissioner_n by_o this_o ordinance_n authorize_v shall_v not_o defer_v the_o put_n in_o execution_n the_o power_n to_o they_o entrust_v by_o this_o present_a ordinance_n and_o their_o meeting_n for_o that_o purpose_n long_o than_o twenty_o day_n after_o the_o publication_n of_o this_o present_a ordinance_n but_o shall_v with_o all_o diligence_n and_o care_n forthwith_o endeavour_v the_o discharge_n of_o their_o say_a trust_n and_o from_o time_n to_o time_n appoint_v some_o one_o convenient_a
