but_o will_v take_v it_o that_o they_o do_v this_o as_o lord_n of_o the_o council_n in_o council_n and_o no_o man_n can_v say_v but_o the_o lord_n in_o council_n can_v commit_v mr._n soll._n gen._n habeas_fw-la corpus_fw-la that_o such_o a_o one_o be_v commit_v by_o sir_n robert_n wright_n and_o three_o other_o by_o name_n justice_n of_o this_o court_n for_o a_o contempt_n without_o say_v that_o it_o be_v do_v in_o court_n this_o will_v be_v a_o ill_a return_n although_o they_o have_v power_n in_o court_n to_o commit_v for_o a_o contempt_n yet_o it_o must_v appear_v that_o it_o be_v do_v in_o court_n or_o it_o can_v be_v a_o good_a return_n if_o i_o have_v think_v or_o foresee_v that_o such_o a_o return_n will_v have_v be_v make_v i_o can_v easy_o have_v make_v out_o our_o objection_n but_o we_o can_v not_o foretell_v what_o they_o will_v return_v and_o therefore_o
we_o can_v only_o make_v this_o objection_n now_o upon_o the_o hear_n of_o it_o read_v in_o all_o the_o debate_n that_o have_v be_v heretofore_o in_o the_o great_a case_n of_o the_o habeas_fw-la corpus_fw-la concern_v my_o lord_n hollis_n and_o those_o other_o gentleman_n who_o be_v in_o prison_n upon_o commitment_n by_o the_o privy_a council_n the_o return_v be_v that_o they_o be_v commit_v by_o order_n of_o the_o privy_a council_n as_o near_o as_o i_o can_v remember_v i_o will_v not_o take_v it_o upon_o i_o to_o be_v positive_a in_o it_o but_o i_o believe_v if_o your_o lordship_n think_v fit_a to_o give_v we_o a_o short_a time_n to_o look_v into_o it_o we_o shall_v be_v plain_o able_a to_o show_v you_o that_o all_o the_o return_v of_o commitment_n of_o this_o nature_n be_v say_v to_o be_v by_o order_n of_o the_o council-board_n and_o never_o any_o of_o they_o name_v the_o lord_n for_o that_o may_v be_v true_a and_o yet_o not_o a_o legal_a commitment_n lord_n ch._n
