praemunire_n according_a to_o the_o statute_n of_o the_o 16._o r._n 2._o chap._n 5._o but_o if_o you_o shall_v think_v that_o you_o be_v free_a by_o reason_n of_o the_o 5._o proviso_n therein_o contain_v i_o believe_v you_o be_v mere_o cuzon_v for_o if_o you_o read_v the_o preamble_n or_o declaratory-part_n of_o the_o statute_n you_o shall_v find_v it_o there_o declare_v that_o all_o grant_n future_a time_n as_o have_v happen_v in_o the_o kingdom_n in_o time_n past_a to_o the_o great_a grievance_n and_o inconvenience_n of_o the_o people_n may_v it_o please_v your_o most_o excellent_a majesty_n at_o the_o humble_a suit_n of_o the_o lord_n spiritual_a and_o temporal_a and_o the_o commons_o in_o this_o present_a parliament_n assemble_v that_o it_o may_v be_v declare_v and_o enact_v and_o be_v it_o declare_v and_o enact_v by_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o all_o monopoly_n and_o all_o commission_n grant_n licence_n charter_n and_o letter_n patent_n heretofore_o make_v or_o grant_v or_o hereafter_o to_o be_v make_v or_o grant_v to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n body_n politic_a or_o corporate_a whatsoever_o of_o or_o for_o the_o sole_a buy_n sell_v make_v work_a or_o use_v of_o any_o thing_n within_o this_o realm_n or_o the_o dominion_n of_o wales_n or_o of_o any_o other_o monopoly_n or_o of_o power_n liberty_n or_o faculty_n to_o dispense_v with_o any_o other_o or_o to_o give_v licence_n or_o toleration_n to_o do_v use_v or_o exercise_v any_o thing_n against_o the_o tenor_n or_o purport_n of_o any_o law_n or_o statute_n or_o
