logician_n to_o the_o injury_n oppression_n or_o perhaps_o destruction_n of_o a_o honest_a man._n and_o for_o this_o reason_n the_o judge_n deserve_v that_o honour_n and_o profit_n they_o enjoy_v since_o the_o determination_n of_o what_o particular_a cause_n every_o particular_a court_n shall_v have_v cognizance_n be_v a_o thing_n not_o yet_o sufficient_o explain_v and_o be_v in_o itself_o so_o difficult_a as_o that_o the_o sage_n of_o the_o law_n themselves_o the_o reason_n sir_n edw._n coke_n will_v leave_v to_o law_n itself_o be_v not_o yet_o agree_v upon_o it_o how_o be_v it_o ought_v to_o master_n and_o can_v do_v it_o in_o respect_n of_o their_o ability_n for_o which_o they_o be_v choose_v as_o well_o as_o can_v be_v hope_v for_o and_o yet_o there_o be_v other_o man_n can_v do_v the_o same_o or_o else_o the_o judge_n place_n can_v not_o be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n supply_v the_o bishop_n common_o be_v the_o most_o able_a and_o rational_a man_n and_o oblige_v by_o their_o profession_n to_o study_v equity_n because_o it_o be_v the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o be_v therefore_o capable_a of_o be_v judge_n in_o a_o court_n of_o equity_n they_o be_v the_o man_n that_o teach_v the_o people_n what_o be_v sin_n that_o be_v to_o say_v they_o be_v the_o doctor_n in_o case_n of_o conscience_n what_o reason_n then_o can_v you_o show_v i_o why_o it_o be_v unfit_a
