the_o offender_n against_o the_o same_o proclamation_n on_o the_o pillory_n as_o namely_o barnaby_n hubbard_n edward_n covena_n john_n tumen_n and_o divers_a other_o and_o make_v the_o officer_n of_o state_n and_o justice_n of_o peace_n and_o other_o officer_n to_o serve_v he_o in_o compass_v and_o execute_v these_o unjust_a and_o undue_a course_n by_o which_o cruelty_n and_o unjust_a monopoly_n
