force_n that_o be_v disperse_v in_o the_o county_n of_o clare_n kerry_n and_o cork_n the_o 18_o day_n of_o this_o instant_a and_o on_o none_o other_o before_z mounseur_fw-fr tumeron_n the_o french_a intendant_n and_o colonel_n withers_n and_o after_o such_o declaration_n so_o make_v the_o troop_n that_o will_v go_v into_o france_n must_v remain_v under_o the_o command_n and_o discipline_n of_o their_o officer_n that_o be_v to_o conduct_v they_o thither_o and_o deserter_n of_o each_o side_n shall_v be_v give_v up_o and_o punish_v according_o iv._o that_o all_o english_a and_o scotch_a officer_n that_o serve_v now_o in_o ireland_n shall_v be_v include_v in_o this_o capitulation_n as_o well_o for_o the_o security_n of_o their_o estate_n and_o good_n in_o england_n scotland_n and_o ireland_n if_o they_o be_v willing_a to_o remain_v here_o as_o for_o pass_v free_o into_o france_n or_o any_o other_o country_n to_o serve_v v._o that_o all_o the_o general_n french_a officer_n the_o intendant_n the_o engineer_n the_o commissary_n at_o war_n and_o other_o artillery_n the_o treasurer_n and_o other_o french_a officer_n stranger_n and_o other_o whatsoever_o that_o be_v in_o sligo_n ross_n clare_n or_o in_o the_o army_n or_o that_o do_v trade_n or_o commerce_n or_o be_v otherways_o employ_v in_o any_o kind_n of_o station_n or_o condition_n shall_v have_v leave_n to_o pass_v into_o france_n or_o any_o other_o country_n and_o shall_v have_v leave_n to_o ship_n themselves_o with_o all_o their_o horse_n equipage_n plate_n paper_n and_o all_o other_o effect_n whatsoever_o and_o that_o general_a ginkle_n will_v order_v passport_n for_o they_o convoy_n and_o carriage_n by_o land_n and_o water_n to_o carry_v they_o safe_a from_o lymerick_n to_o the_o ship_n where_o they_o shall_v be_v embark_v without_o pay_v any_o thing_n for_o the_o say_a carriage_n or_o those_o that_o be_v employ_v therein_o with_o their_o horse_n cart_n boat_n and_o shallop_n vi_o that_o if_o any_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a equipage_n merchandise_n horse_n money_n plate_n or_o other_o movable_n or_o householdstuff_n belong_v to_o the_o say_a irish_a troop_n or_o to_o the_o french_a officer_n or_o other_o particular_a person_n whatsoever_o be_v rob_v destroy_v or_o take_v away_o by_o the_o troop_n of_o the_o say_a general_n the_o say_a general_n will_v order_v it_o to_o be_v restore_v or_o payment_n to_o be_v make_v according_a to_o the_o value_n that_o be_v give_v in_o upon_o oath_n by_o the_o person_n so_o robe_v or_o plunder_v and_o the_o say_v irish_a troop_n to_o be_v transport_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o all_o person_n belong_v to_o they_o be_v to_o observe_v good_a order_n in_o their_o march_n and_o quarter_n and_o shall_v restore_v whatever_o they_o shall_v take_v from_o the_o country_n or_o make_v satisfaction_n for_o the_o same_o vii_o that_o to_o facilitate_v the_o transport_v of_o the_o troop_n the_o general_n will_v furnish_v 50_o ship_n and_o each_o ship_n burden_v 200_o tun_n for_o which_o the_o person_n to_o be_v transport_v shall_v not_o be_v oblige_v to_o pay_v and_o 20_o more_o if_o there_o shall_v be_v occasion_n without_o their_o pay_v for_o they_o and_o if_o any_o of_o the_o say_a ship_n shall_v be_v lesser_a burden_n he_o will_v furnish_v more_o in_o number_n to_o countervail_v and_o also_o give_v two_o man_n of_o war_n to_o embark_v the_o principal_a officer_n and_o serve_v for_o a_o convoy_n to_o the_o vessel_n of_o burden_n viii_o that_o a_o commissary_n shall_v be_v immediate_o send_v to_o cork_n to_o visit_v the_o transport-ship_n and_o what_o condition_n they_o be_v in_o for_o sail_v and_o that_o as_o soon_o as_o they_o be_v ready_a the_o troop_n to_o be_v transport_v shall_v march_v with_o all_o convenient_a speed_v the_o near_a way_n in_o order_n to_o be_v embark_v there_o and_o if_o there_o shall_v be_v any_o more_o man_n to_o be_v transport_v than_o can_v be_v carry_v off_o in_o the_o say_v 50_o ship_n the_o rest_n shall_v quit_v the_o english_a town_n of_o lymerick_n and_o march_v to_o such_o quarter_n as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v for_o they_o convenient_a for_o their_o transportation_n where_o they_o shall_v remain_v till_o the_o other_o 20_o ship_n be_v ready_a which_o be_v to_o be_v in_o a_o month_n time_n and_o may_v embark_v in_o any_o french_a ship_n that_o may_v come_v in_o the_o mean_a time_n ix_o that_o the_o say_a ship_n shall_v be_v furnish_v with_o forage_v for_o horse_n and_o all_o necessary_a provision_n to_o subsist_v the_o officer_n troop_n dragoon_n and_o soldier_n and_o all_o other_o person_n that_o be_v ship_v to_o be_v transport_v into_o france_n which_o provision_n shall_v be_v pay_v for_o as_o soon_o as_o all_o be_v disimbark_v at_o breast_n or_o nants_n on_o the_o coast_n of_o britain_n or_o any_o other_o port_n in_o france_n they_o can_v make_v x._o and_o to_o secure_v the_o return_n of_o the_o say_a ship_n the_o danger_n of_o the_o sea_n except_v and_o the_o payment_n for_o the_o say_a provision_n sufficient_a hostage_n shall_v be_v give_v xi_o that_o the_o garrison_n of_o clare-castle_n ross_n and_o all_o other_o foot_n that_o be_v in_o garrison_n in_o the_o county_n of_o clare_n cork_n and_o kerry_n shall_v have_v the_o advantage_n of_o this_o capitulation_n and_o such_o part_n of_o the_o garrison_n that_o design_v to_o go_v beyond_o sea_n shall_v march_v out_o with_o their_o arm_n baggage_n drum_n beat_v ball_n in_o mouth_n match_v light_v at_o both_o end_n colour_n fly_v with_o all_o their_o provision_n and_o half_a the_o ammunition_n that_o be_v in_o the_o say_a garrison_n town_n with_o the_o horse_n that_o march_v to_o be_v transport_v or_o if_o then_o there_o be_v not_o ship_n enough_o the_o body_n of_o foot_n that_o be_v to_o be_v
