to_o some_o of_o the_o chief_a gentleman_n of_o ulster_n the_o lord_n mac_n guire_n do_v sufficient_o testify_v as_o well_o in_o the_o relation_n write_v with_o his_o own_o hand_n in_o the_o tower_n lambart_n and_o sir_n robert_n meredith_n knight_n in_o ireland_n march_v 26._o 1642._o in_o both_o these_o he_o acknowledge_v that_o he_o be_v in_o dublin_n in_o candlemas_n term_v about_o the_o time_n when_o master_n john_n bellew_n come_v out_o of_o england_n with_o the_o commission_n for_o the_o continuance_n of_o the_o parliament_n in_o ireland_n roger_n moor_n acquaint_v he_o that_o if_o the_o irish_a will_v rise_v they_o may_v make_v their_o own_o condition_n for_o the_o regain_n of_o their_o land_n and_o freedom_n of_o their_o religion_n and_o further_o say_v that_o he_o have_v speak_v with_o sundry_a of_o lemster_n to_o that_o purpose_n who_o will_v be_v ready_a to_o join_v with_o they_o as_o likewise_o a_o good_a part_n of_o conaught_n and_o that_o he_o find_v all_o of_o guire_n do_v further_o testify_v in_o his_o relation_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_v roger_n moor_n have_v the_o next_o day_n acquaint_v philip_n o_o rely_v turlagh_n o_o neale_n brother_n to_o sir_n phelim_n o_o neale_n master_n cosloe_n and_o mac_n mahone_n herewith_o do_v propose_v that_o first_o every_o one_o shall_v endeavour_v to_o draw_v his_o own_o friend_n into_o that_o act_n at_o least_o those_o that_o do_v live_v in_o one_o country_n with_o they_o and_o that_o when_o they_o have_v so_o do_v they_o shall_v send_v to_o the_o irish_a in_o the_o low-countries_n and_o in_o spain_n to_o
