the_o benefit_n and_o charge_n of_o their_o respective_a improvement_n be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o protestant_n so_o to_o be_v remove_v shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o enable_v to_o demand_v and_o shall_v upon_o their_o request_n have_v lease_n make_v to_o they_o of_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o message_n and_o land_n in_o their_o manual_a occupation_n for_o three_o life_n or_o one_o and_o twenty_o year_n at_o a_o moderate_a rent_n not_o exceed_v three_o fourthe_n of_o the_o true_a value_n of_o the_o land_n in_o satisfaction_n of_o their_o improvement_n except_o it_o be_v a_o capital_a message_n and_o then_o the_o party_n to_o be_v restore_v shall_v either_o make_v such_o lease_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o pay_v adventurer_n and_o soldier_n against_o randall_n lord_n marquis_n of_o antrim_n and_o against_o the_o judgement_n and_o decree_n give_v by_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o late_a commissioner_n for_o
