of_o p._n or_o head_n officer_n of_o that_o division_n or_o corporation_n shall_v forfeit_v 5._o l._n to_o be_v levy_v by_o a_o session_n warrant_v and_o employ_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n where_o such_o default_n be_v make_v xiii_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o this_o statute_n shall_v be_v employ_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a as_o aforesaid_a and_o shall_v be_v no_o parish_n may_v pay_v more_o than_o six_o penny_n nor_o less_o than_o a_o half_a penny_n and_o one_o parish_n be_v consider_v with_o another_o not_o above_o two_o penny_n a_o piece_n through_o the_o whole_a county_n or_o corporation_n which_o sum_n so_o rate_v the_o churchwarden_n and_o constab_n of_o every_o parish_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o in_o their_o default_n a_o just_a of_o p._n have_v power_n to_o assess_v and_o levy_v by_o distress_n sale_n and_o commitment_n as_o aforesaid_a xv._o justice_n of_o p._n shall_v then_o likewise_o rate_v every_o parish_n towards_o the_o relief_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n and_o marshalsea_n and_o also_o of_o hospital_n and_o almshouse_n situate_v within_o their_o several_a jurisdiction_n appoint_v only_o so_o much_o to_o the_o say_a to_o be_v yearly_a choose_v by_o the_o more_o part_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o p._n and_o such_o subsidy-man_n as_o be_v tax_v in_o the_o last_o rate_n of_o subsidy_n at_o 5._o l._n land_n or_o 10._o l._n good_n which_o treasurer_n so_o choose_v shall_v yearly_a at_o easter_n session_n render_v a_o true_a account_n to_o their_o successor_n and_o pay_v the_o money_n in_o their_o hand_n to_o the_o l._n chief_a justice_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n and_o the_o knight_n martial_n by_o equal_a portion_n and_o here_o the_o churchwarden_n or_o his_o executor_n etc._n etc._n which_o fail_v in_o communicant_n xxii_o if_o any_o minister_n shall_v be_v convict_v by_o the_o verdict_n of_o twelve_o man_n his_o own_o confession_n or_o notorious_a evidence_n of_o the_o fact_n to_o have_v refuse_v to_o use_v the_o say_a church_n service_n or_o to_o have_v use_v any_o other_o rite_n ceremony_n order_n form_n or_o manner_n then_o be_v set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o to_o have_v deprave_v the_o same_o book_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v he_o shall_v forfeit_v be_v a_o benefit_a man_n for_o the_o first_o offence_n one_o whole_a year_n profit_v of_o all_o his_o spiritual_a promotion_n and_o suffer_v six_o month_n imprisonment_n for_o the_o second_o shall_v be_v deprive_v ipsofacto_fw-la whereupon_o every_o patron_n may_v present_v and_o shall_v suffer_v one_o whole_a year_n imprisonment_n and_o for_o the_o three_o shall_v be_v also_o deprive_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o shall_v suffer_v imprisonment_n during_o life_n and_o if_o he_o be_v not_o benefice_v
