sum_n of_o five_o pound_n or_o be_v corporal_o punish_v by_o whip_v not_o exceed_v ten_o stripe_n a_o piece_n at_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o session_n of_o the_o peace_n who_o shall_v have_v tend_v to_o the_o defamation_n or_o damage_n of_o any_o particular_a person_n or_o person_n make_v or_o spread_v any_o false_a news_n or_o report_v with_o intent_n to_o abuse_v and_o deceive_v other_o subtle_o and_o false_o forge_n or_o make_v or_o subtle_o cause_n or_o witting_o assent_v to_o be_v forge_v or_o make_v any_o false_a deed_n conveyance_n or_o write_v seal_v or_o the_o will_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n in_o write_v to_o the_o intent_n that_o the_o state_n of_o freehold_n or_o inheritance_n right_o title_n or_o interest_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n of_o in_o or_o to_o any_o land_n tenement_n or_o
time_n when_o pack_v and_o all_o such_o other_o provision_n as_o the_o packer_n shall_v find_v wholesome_a and_o useful_a though_o for_o its_o quality_n it_o be_v not_o merchantable_a he_o shall_v fine_n penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n arise_v by_o force_n and_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v the_o one_o half_a to_o their_o majesty_n towards_o the_o support_n of_o the_o government_n of_o this_o province_n and_o the_o other_o half_a to_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v inform_v and_o sue_v for_o the_o same_o in_o any_o of_o their_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n within_o this_o cull_v all_o merchantable_a fish_n and_o measure_v all_o salt_n that_o shall_v be_v import_v and_o sell_v out_o of_o any_o ship_n or_o other_o vessel_n and_o shall_v have_v three-halfe-pence_n for_o every_o hogshead_n of_o salt_n by_o he_o so_o measure_v to_o be_v pay_v the_o one_o half_a by_o the_o buyer_n the_o other_o half_o by_o the_o seller_n and_o one_o penny_n per_fw-la quintal_n for_o salt_v up_o before_o the_o first_o of_o july_n after_o the_o publication_n hereof_o shall_v save_o or_o salt_n any_o sort_n of_o fish_n that_o it_o intend_v to_o be_v dry_v in_o cask_n or_o fat_n or_o any_o other_o way_n than_o what_o have_v former_o and_o honest_o be_v practise_v for_o the_o make_n of_o dry_a fish_n on_o penalty_n of_o forfeit_v all_o such_o fish_n so_o salt_v and_o pickle_a whether_o it_o be_v green_a or_o drye_n save_v how_o dry_a fish_n shall_v be_v save_v the_o one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o town_n where_o the_o offence_n be_v mackrel_n shall_v be_v catch_v except_o for_o spend_v whilst_o fresh_a before_o the_o first_o of_o july_n annual_o and_o no_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o after_o the_o publication_n hereof_o shall_v at_o any_o time_n or_o place_n within_o this_o province_n take_v kill_v or_o hale_v ashore_o any_o mackerel_n with_o any_o sort_n of_o net_n or_o sa'en_n whatsoever_o on_o penalty_n of_o forfeit_v all_o such_o mackrel_n so_o take_v or_o hale_v ashore_o sâ—â—â—â—s_n penalty_n for_o take_v mackarel_n in_o net_n or_o sâ—â—â—â—s_n and_o also_o all_o such_o net_n and_o sa'en_n which_o be_v sit_v of_o such_o court_n wherein_o such_o writ_n shall_v be_v returnable_a and_o that_o all_o proper_a original_a process_n in_o the_o say_a court_n shall_v be_v summons_n capias_fw-la or_o abate_v arrest_v or_o reverse_v upon_o any_o kind_n of_o circumstantial_a error_n or_o mistake_v where_o the_o person_n and_o case_n may_v be_v right_o understand_v and_o intend_v by_o the_o court_n nor_o through_o defect_n or_o want_n of_o form_n only_o and_o all_o writ_n process_n declaration_n plea_n answer_n replication_n and_o entry_n in_o all_o the_o say_a court_n shall_v be_v in_o the_o english_a tongue_n and_o no_o other_o and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o liberty_n of_o every_o plaintiff_n or_o defendant_n in_o any_o of_o the_o say_a court_n to_o plead_v and_o defend_v his_o imprisonment_n take_v his_o or_o their_o recognizance_n with_o one_o or_o more_o surety_n or_o surety_n in_o any_o sum_n according_a to_o their_o discretion_n have_v regard_n to_o the_o quality_n of_o the_o prisoner_n and_o nature_n of_o the_o offence_n for_o his_o or_o their_o appearance_n in_o the_o say_v superior_a court_n the_o term_n follow_v or_o at_o the_o next_o assize_n session_n or_o general_a goal_n delivery_n within_o or_o for_o such_o county_n or_o place_n where_o the_o commitment_n be_v or_o where_o the_o offence_n be_v commit_v or_o in_o such_o other_o court_n where_o the_o say_a offence_n be_v proper_o cognizable_a as_o the_o case_n shall_v require_v and_o then_o shall_v certify_v the_o say_a writ_n with_o the_o return_v thereof_o and_o the_o say_a recognizance_n or_o recognizance_n into_o the_o say_a court_n where_o such_o appearance_n be_v to_o be_v make_v unless_o it_o shall_v appear_v unto_o the_o say_a court_n or_o justice_n that_o the_o party_n so_o commit_v be_v detain_v upon_o a_o legal_a process_n order_n or_o warrant_v out_o of_o some_o court_n that_o have_v jurisdiction_n of_o criminal_a matter_n or_o by_o some_o warrant_n signed_n and_o seal_v with_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a justice_n or_o some_o justice_n or_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n writer_n person_n neglect_v two_o term_n to_o pray_v a_o habeas_fw-la corpus_fw-la shall_v have_v none_o in_o vacation_n time_n inpursuance_n of_o this_o act_n officer_n how_o to_o be_v proceed_v against_o for_o not_o obey_v such_o writer_n for_o such_o matter_n or_o offence_n for_o the_o which_o by_o the_o law_n the_o prisoner_n be_v not_o bailable_a provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v that_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v have_v wilful_o neglect_v by_o the_o space_n of_o two_o whole_a term_n after_o his_o imprisonment_n to_o pray_v a_o habeas_fw-la corpus_fw-la for_o his_o enlargement_n such_o person_n so_o wilful_o neglect_v shall_v not_o have_v any_o habeas_fw-la corpus_fw-la to_o be_v grant_v in_o vacation_n time_n in_o pursuance_n of_o this_o act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o officer_n or_o officer_n his_o or_o their_z under_o officer_n or_o under_o officer_n underkeeper_n or_o under-keeper_n or_o deputy_n fuse_v to_o make_v the_o return_v aforesaid_a or_o to_o bring_v the_o body_n or_o body_n of_o the_o prisoner_n or_o prisoner_n according_a to_o the_o command_n of_o the_o say_v write_v within_o the_o respective_a time_n aforesaid_a or_o upon_o demand_v make_v by_o the_o prisoner_n or_o person_n in_o his_o behalf_n shall_v refuse_v to_o deliver_v or_o within_o the_o space_n of_o six_o hour_n after_o demand_n shall_v not_o deliver_v to_o the_o person_n so_o demand_v a_o true_a copy_n of_o the_o warrant_n or_o warrant_n of_o commitment_n and_o detainer_n of_o such_o prisoner_n which_o he_o &_o they_o be_v hereby_o require_v to_o deliver_v according_o all_z &_o every_o the_o head_n gaoler_n &_o keeper_n of_o such_o prison_n &_o such_o other_o person_n in_o who_o custody_n the_o prisoner_n shall_v be_v detain_v shall_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n forfeit_v to_o the_o prisoner_n or_o party_n grieve_v the_o sum_n of_o fifty_o pound_n &_o for_o the_o second_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n and_o shall_v and_o be_v hereby_o make_v incapable_a to_o hold_v or_o execute_v his_o say_a office_n the_o say_v penalty_n to_o be_v recover_v by_o the_o prisoner_n or_o party_n grieve_v his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n against_o such_o offender_n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n by_o any_o action_n of_o debt_n suit_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n in_o any_o court_n of_o record_n wherein_o no_o essoign_n protection_n privilege_n injunction_n wager_n of_o law_n or_o stay_v of_o prosecution_n by_o non_fw-la vult_fw-la ulterius_fw-la prosequi_fw-la or_o otherwise_o shall_v be_v admit_v or_o allow_v and_o any_o
