session_n and_o that_o the_o lord_n of_o franchise_n shall_v be_v contributory_n to_o those_o wage_n after_o the_o proportion_n of_o their_o part_n of_o the_o say_a fine_n and_o amerciament_n 2._o but_o because_o it_o be_v very_o dilatory_a for_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n to_o take_v those_o wage_n at_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o sheriff_n as_o i_o have_v already_o touch_v upon_o the_o estreat_n send_v out_o of_o the_o exchequer_n and_o for_o that_o also_o it_o grow_v in_o question_n whether_o such_o lord_n as_o be_v name_v in_o the_o commission_n of_o the_o peace_n shall_v be_v partaker_n of_o the_o same_o wage_n the_o statute_n 14._o r._n 2._o ca._n 11._o do_v plain_o provide_v that_o the_o wage_n of_o these_o justice_n shall_v be_v levy_v and_o pay_v by_o the_o sheriff_n
