himself_o such_o other_o than_o such_o as_o be_v repute_v esquire_n for_o have_v be_v or_o be_v mayor_n or_o sheriff_n or_o member_n of_o any_o corporation_n and_o every_o person_n that_o be_v or_o have_v be_v a_o member_n of_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o or_o bear_v or_o do_v bear_v the_o office_n of_o a_o sheriff_n or_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o deputy_n lieutenant_n reside_v in_o this_o kingdom_n at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n or_o have_v any_o estate_n in_o land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n within_o this_o kingdom_n shall_v pay_v the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n sterl_n every_o repute_a knight_n baronet_n baron_n viscount_n and_o earl_n or_o who_o shall_v call_v or_o style_v themselves_o so_o shall_v pay_v the_o same_o sum_n as_o they_o shall_v have_v be_v liable_a to_o pay_v if_o they_o real_o be_v of_o that_o quality_n every_o gentleman_n or_o repute_v gentleman_n or_o own_v himself_o or_o write_v himself_o such_o inhabit_v or_o of_o the_o romish_a religion_n shall_v pay_v twelve_o shilling_n and_o six_o penny_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n except_o woman_n child_n under_o the_o age_n of_o sixteén_n and_o such_o as_o pay_v two_o shilling_n and_o no_o more_o who_o have_v not_o already_o take_v the_o oath_n and_o subscribe_v the_o declaration_n herein-aft_a mention_v to_o his_o majesty_n and_o who_o shall_v not_o voluntary_o appear_v before_o the_o commissioner_n or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o and_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n and_o make_v and_o subscribe_v the_o declaration_n herein-aft_a
