writing_n as_o well_o on_o the_o behalf_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n to_o prove_v such_o charge_n and_o article_n as_o on_o the_o behalf_n of_o the_o party_n article_v against_o to_o make_v good_a their_o answer_n which_o oath_n the_o say_v commissioner_n or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o have_v hereby_o power_n to_o administer_v and_o after_o due_a examination_n and_o proof_n make_v by_o confession_n of_o the_o party_n complain_v of_o or_o by_o the_o oath_n of_o two_o credible_a witness_n actual_o to_o amove_v discharge_v and_o eject_v all_o such_o minister_n and_o other_o shall_v find_v it_o most_o agreeable_a to_o justice_n and_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v and_o declare_v that_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o they_o have_v hereby_o power_n and_o authority_n to_o allow_v the_o wife_n and_o child_n of_o such_o minister_n or_o minister_n so_o eject_v and_o amove_v for_o their_o maintenance_n a_o proportion_n not_o exceed_v a_o five_o part_n of_o the_o live_n parsonage_n benefice_n vicarage_n charge_n or_o other_o place_n out_o of_o which_o the_o say_v minister_n shall_v be_v respective_o remove_v all_o parish_n charges_n public_a tax_n and_o other_o duty_n be_v first_o deduct_v out_o of_o the_o whole_a and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o parson_n or_o vicar_n hold_v or_o enjoy_v or_o which_o shall_v hold_v or_o enjoy_v plurality_n of_o benefice_n or_o ecclesiastical_a promotion_n one_o or_o more_o of_o which_o be_v within_o the_o county_n aforesaid_a and_o upon_o a_o warrant_n direct_v to_o he_o under_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o five_o of_o they_o require_v he_o at_o a_o certain_a day_n and_o place_n in_o the_o say_a warrant_n mention_v to_o make_v choice_n and_o elect_v which_o of_o the_o say_a benefice_n and_o ecclesiastical_a promotion_n he_o desire_v to_o hold_v and_o upon_o
