their_o acquittance_n for_o the_o same_o or_o in_o default_n of_o the_o say_v chief_a justice_n to_o the_o next_o ancient_a justice_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o if_o any_o churchwarden_n or_o high_a constable_n or_o his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n payment_n shall_v fail_v to_o make_v payment_n in_o form_n above_o specify_v than_o every_o churchwarden_n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n so_o offend_v shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o time_n the_o sum_n of_o ten_o shilling_n and_o every_o high_a constable_n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n shall_v
