they_o sit_v and_o consider_v that_o he_o have_v not_o in_o the_o interim_n acknowledge_v they_o in_o any_o sort_n to_o be_v a_o court_n or_o in_o any_o judicial_a capacity_n to_o determine_v of_o his_o demand_n and_o plea_n and_o that_o through_o their_o side_n he_o intend_v to_o wound_v if_o he_o may_v be_v permit_v the_o supreme_a authority_n of_o the_o commons_o of_o england_n in_o their_o representative_a the_o commons_o assemble_v in_o parliament_n after_o advice_n with_o their_o council_n learned_a in_o both_o law_n and_o mature_a deliberation_n have_v of_o the_o matter_n resolve_v answer_v with_o a_o save_v notwithstanding_o of_o his_o pretend_a prerogative_n that_o the_o lord_n president_n do_v in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o court_n refuse_v his_o protest_v and_o require_v his_o positive_a answer_n to_o the_o charge_n that_o in_o case_n the_o king_n shall_v demand_v a_o copy_n of_o the_o charge_n that_o he_o shall_v then_o declare_v his_o intention_n to_o answer_n and_o that_o declare_v such_o his_o intention_n a_o copy_n be_v grant_v unto_o he_o that_o in_o case_n the_o king_n shall_v still_o persist_v in_o his_o contempt_n the_o lord_n president_n do_v give_v command_n to_o the_o clerk_n to_o demand_v of_o the_o king_n in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o court_n in_o these_o word_n follow_v viz._n charles_n stuart_n king_n of_o england_n you_o be_v accuse_v in_o the_o behalf_n of_o the_o people_n of_o england_n of_o diverse_a high_a crime_n and_o treason_n which_o charge_n have_v be_v read_v unto_o you_o the_o court_n require_v you_o to_o give_v a_o positive_a answer_n whether_o you_o confess_v or_o deny_v the_o charge_n have_v determine_v that_o you_o ought_v to_o answer_v the_o same_o ordered_n that_o the_o commissioner_n shall_v be_v call_v
