3._o day_n at_o one_o time_n xxxviii_o the_o forfeiture_n abovesaid_a except_o those_o otherwise_o limit_v shall_v be_v divide_v betwixt_o the_o queen_n and_o the_o prosecutor_n and_o all_o just_a justice_n shall_v meet_v monthly_o in_o the_o church_n upon_o the_o sunday_n after_o evening_n prayer_n and_o there_o consider_v of_o some_o meet_a direction_n in_o the_o premise_n and_o shall_v within_o four_o day_n after_o the_o end_n of_o their_o year_n and_o other_o overseer_n nominate_v yield_v up_o a_o true_a account_n to_o such_o two_o justice_n pay_v the_o surplusage_n thereof_o to_o xxix_o they_o that_o have_v on_o sunday_n the_o divine_a service_n establish_v usual_o read_v in_o their_o house_n and_o be_v common_o present_v themselves_o thereat_o and_o do_v not_o obstinate_o refuse_v to_o come_v to_o church_n but_o four_o time_n in_o the_o year_n at_o least_o be_v present_a at_o divine_a service_n in_o their_o own_o parish_n church_n or_o some_o other_o open_a church_n communicant_n xxii_o if_o any_o minister_n shall_v be_v convict_v by_o the_o verdict_n of_o twelve_o man_n his_o own_o confession_n or_o notorious_a evidence_n of_o the_o fact_n to_o have_v refuse_v to_o use_v the_o say_a church_n service_n or_o to_o have_v use_v any_o other_o rite_n ceremony_n order_n form_n or_o manner_n then_o be_v set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o to_o have_v
