city_n and_o lymitt_v aforesaid_a and_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o well_o faithful_o and_o exact_o to_o examine_v and_o make_v trial_n of_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a qualification_n and_o ability_n as_o to_o the_o say_a faculty_n of_o physic_n and_o the_o exercise_n and_o practice_n thereof_o and_o to_o allow_v licence_n and_o approve_v of_o such_o and_o so_o many_o of_o they_o receive_v a_o testimonial_a thereof_o in_o write_v as_o aforesaid_a upon_o pain_n of_o forfeit_v of_o five_o pound_n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n unto_o the_o say_a precedent_n fellow_n and_o
