notwithstanding_o the_o say_a warner_n than_o proprietor_n prosecute_v the_o officer_n upon_o a_o suit_n at_o law_n and_o pray_v that_o he_o may_v answer_v the_o say_a information_n before_o any_o further_a proceed_n be_v have_v at_o law_n thereupon_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n davenport_n together_o with_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o then_o baron_n of_o the_o say_a court_n of_o exchequer_n order_v that_o the_o proprietor_n move_v for_o the_o delivery_n of_o the_o say_a good_n shall_v first_o answer_v to_o the_o information_n after_o which_o the_o say_a warner_n demur_v to_o the_o say_a information_n in_o regard_n no_o title_n for_o any_o certain_a duty_n be_v set_v forth_o by_o the_o information_n which_o demurrer_n yet_o remain_v not_o overrule_v but_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n davenport_n with_o the_o say_v other_o baron_n without_o overrule_a the_o demurter_n order_v because_o warner_n have_v put_v in_o a_o demurrer_n and_o not_o answer_v to_o the_o say_a information_n
