&_o the_o party_n as_o to_o the_o party_n as_o to_o the_o principal_a matter_n as_o they_o be_v in_o all_o other_o matter_n yet_o they_o be_v 〈◊〉_d this_o case_n to_o see_v that_o the_o party_n have_v no_o hurt_n in_o form_n of_o plead_v in_o such_o induce_v as_o he_o shall_v show_v to_o be_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o matter_n /_o &_o that_o be_v a_o great_a favour_n of_o the_o law_n /_o for_z in_o appell_n though_o the_o justice_n of_o favour_n will_v most_o common_o help_n four_o the_o party_n &_o sontyme_o his_o counsel_n also_o in_o the_o form_n of_o plead_v as_o they_o do_v also_o many_o
