tenement_n aforesaid_a with_o the_o appurtenance_n the_o same_o e._n be_v of_o the_o same_o tenement_n aforesaid_a with_o the_o appurtenance_n seize_v in_o she_o demesne_fw-la as_o of_o fee_n until_o the_o aforesaid_a s._n her_o the_o say_v e._n long_v before_o the_o trespass_n aforesaid_a make_v unjust_o and_o without_o judgement_n disseise_v by_o which_o the_o same_o s._n be_v of_o the_o same_o tenement_n with_o the_o appurtenance_n seize_v in_o his_o demesne_fw-la as_o of_o fee_n by_o disseisin_n and_o he_o by_o that_o disseisin_n be_v so_o etc._n etc._n the_o same_o s._n before_o the_o be_v thereof_o seize_v in_o his_o demesne_fw-la as_o of_o fee_n and_o so_o be_v thereof_o seize_v before_o the_o say_a time_n wherein_o etc._n etc._n thereof_o enfeoff_v the_o aforesaid_a s._n to_o hold_v to_o he_o and_o his_o heir_n for_o ever_o by_o virtue_n of_o which_o say_v feoffmenent_n the_o same_o s._n be_v of_o the_o same_o tenement_n with_o the_o appurtenance_n seize_v in_o his_o demesne_fw-la as_o of_o fee_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o same_o s._n above_o by_o plead_v have_v allege_v upon_o which_o the_o say_a s.p._n his_o possession_n thereupon_o the_o aforesaid_a e._n before_o the_o say_a time_n wherein_o etc._n etc._n do_v enter_v and_o be_v thereof_o seize_v in_o his_o demesne_fw-la as_o of_o fee_n until_o the_o aforesaid_a s._n the_o aforesaid_a time_n of_o the_o trespass_n aforesaid_a make_v by_o force_n and_o arm_n etc._n etc._n the_o close_v and_o house_n of_o her_o the_o say_v e._n with_o the_o appurtenance_n he_o do_v break_v in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o same_o e._n by_o her_o writ_n and_o declaration_n aforesaid_a above_o against_o he_o have_v complain_v and_o this_o etc._n etc._n whereupon_o for_o that_o the_o aforesaid_a s._n the_o trespass_n aforesaid_a above_o acknowledge_v she_o pray_v judgement_n and_o her_o damage_n by_o reason_n of_o that_o trespass_n etc._n etc._n to_o be_v adjudge_v unto_o she_o etc._n etc._n disseizin_n the_o defendant_n maintain_v his_o plea_n and_o traverse_n the_o disseizin_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a s._n as_o former_o say_v that_o long_o before_o the_o say_a time_n wherein_o the_o trespass_n aforesaid_a be_v suppose_v to_o be_v make_v the_o aforesaid_a i.s._n be_v of_o the_o same_o tenement_n with_o the_o appurtenance_n seize_v in_o his_o demesne_fw-la as_o of_o fee_n and_o he_o be_v thereof_o seize_v before_o the_o say_a time_n wherein_o etc._n etc._n thereof_o enfeoff_v he_o the_o say_a s._n to_o hold_v to_o he_o and_o his_o heir_n for_o ever_o by_o virtue_n of_o which_o feoffement_n the_o same_o s._n be_v of_o the_o same_o tenement_n with_o the_o appurtenance_n seize_v in_o his_o demesne_fw-la as_o of_o fee_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o same_o s._n in_o his_o aforesaid_a above_n have_v allege_v tranverse_v tranverse_v without_o that_o that_o the_o same_o s._n dis-seized_n the_o aforesaid_a e._n of_o the_o tenement_n aforesaid_a with_o the_o appurtenance_n as_o the_o aforesaid_a e._n in_o her_o replication_n aforesaid_a above_o have_v allege_v and_o this_o etc._n etc._n whereupon_o he_o pray_v judgement_n and_o that_o the_o aforesaid_a e._n may_v be_v debar_v from_o have_v her_o action_n aforesaid_a against_o he_o etc._n etc._n and_o the_o aforesaid_a e._n as_o former_o say_v traverse_n issue_n upon_o the_o traverse_n that_o the_o aforesaid_a s._n dis-seized_n her_o the_o say_v e._n of_o the_o tenement_n aforesaid_a with_o the_o appurtenance_n as_o the_o same_o e._n in_o her_o replication_n aforesaid_a above_o have_v allege_v and_o this_o she_o pray_v may_v be_v inquire_v of_o by_o the_o country_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a s._n in_o like_a manner_n etc._n etc._n and_o the_o aforesaid_a w.s._n in_o his_o proper_a person_n come_v and_o defend_v the_o force_n and_o injury_n when_o &c._n &c._n and_o as_o to_o the_o come_n by_o force_n and_o arm_n etc._n etc._n as_o also_o the_o whole_a trespass_n aforesaid_a warrant_n justification_n by_o virtue_n of_o a_o justice_n of_o peace_n warrant_n beside_o the_o assault_n aforesaid_a say_v that_o he_o be_v in_o nothing_o thereof_o guilty_a etc._n etc._n and_o as_o to_o the_o assault_n aforesaid_a the_o same_o w._n say_v that_o the_o aforesaid_a plaintiff_n ought_v not_o to_o have_v his_o action_n aforesaid_a against_o he_o because_o he_o say_v that_o before_o the_o time_n of_o the_o trespass_n aforesaid_a suppose_v to_o be_v make_v to_o wit_v such_o a_o day_n and_o year_n at_o c._n in_o the_o county_n of_o n._n before_o t._n c._n earl_n of_o devonshire_n than_o one_o of_o the_o justice_n
