tend_v to_o the_o debase_v of_o the_o say_a manufacture_n unto_o the_o prejudice_n of_o the_o public_a for_o prevention_n of_o all_o which_o abuse_v and_o deceit_n it_o be_v enact_v by_o this_o of_o the_o say_a county_n of_o norfolk_n of_o the_o time_n and_o place_n when_o and_o where_o they_o shall_v intend_v to_o consider_v of_o the_o make_n of_o any_o by-law_n order_n or_o ordinance_n
