westminster_n the_o twelve_o day_n of_o january_n last_o it_o be_v enact_v by_o the_o queen_n our_o soveraygne_a lady_n the_o lord_n spiritual_a and_o temporal_a and_o the_o commons_n in_o that_o parliament_n assemble_v that_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o every_o sheer_a ride_a and_o liberty_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o several_a commission_n or_o the_o more_o part_n of_o they_o be_v there_o resiaunt_a within_o the_o same_o and_o the_o sheryffe_n of_o the_o county_n yfhe_v convenient_o may_v and_o every_o mayor_n baylyffe_n or_o other_o head_n officer_n within_o any_o city_n or_o town_n corporate_a wherein_o be_v any_o justice_n of_o peace_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o say_a city_n or_o town_n shall_v by_o force_n of_o that_o act_n assemble_v themselves_o together_o accord_v to_o the_o tenor_n of_o the_o same_o act_n and_o thereupon_o shall_v lymyt_n rate_n and_o appoint_v the_o wage_n of_o artificer_n handicrafte_n man_n husbandman_n laborer_n servant_n and_o workman_n as_o by_o their_o dyscression_n shall_v be_v think_v meet_a and_o accord_v to_o such_o authority_n as_o be_v give_v they_o by_o the_o say_a act_n and_o the_o same_o rate_n and_o taxation_n shall_v certify_v into_o the_o queen_n highness_n court_n of_o chauncerye_n before_o at_o certain_a day_n lymyt_v in_o the_o say_a act_n whereupon_o in_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o lord_n chauncelour_n or_o lord_n keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n for_o the_o time_n be_v upon_o declaration_n thereof_o to_o her_o highness_n her_o heir_n or_o successor_n or_o to_o the_o lord_n and_o other_o of_o her_o majesty_n prevye_a counsel_n to_o cause_v proclamation_n to_o be_v make_v into_o every_o of_o the_o say_a shire_n and_o place_n contain_v the_o several_a penalty_n contain_v in_o the_o same_o estatute_n untyll_o by_o a_o second_o proclamation_n accord_v to_o the_o purporte_n of_o the_o same_o estatute_n it_o shall_v be_v otherwise_o order_v and_o proclaim_v therefore_o the_o queen_n majesty_n have_v receive_v into_o her_o say_a court_n of_o chancery_n among_o diverse_a other_o certificate_n from_o sundry_a of_o her_o highness_n shire_n city_n and_o town_n one_o certificate_n from_o this_o her_o county_n of_o lyncolne_n conteininge_v the_o rate_n for_o wage_n hereafter_o folowinge_v and_o make_v and_o appoint_v by_o the_o justice_n of_o this_o her_o say_a county_n of_o lyncolne_n accord_v to_o the_o tenoure_n of_o the_o same_o act_n and_o mind_v to_o have_v the_o same_o rate_v put_v in_o execution_n in_o all_o point_n as_o by_o the_o process_n of_o the_o same_o act_n be_v prescribe_v like_v as_o her_o majesty_n have_v and_o intend_v to_o do_v in_o all_o other_o her_o highness_n county_n and_o shire_n and_o other_o place_n of_o liberty_n in_o this_o her_o realm_n therefore_o her_o highness_n strayghtlye_o charge_v and_o command_v all_o manner_n of_o person_n and_o person_n within_o her_o say_a county_n of_o lyncolne_n to_o keep_v and_o observe_v in_o all_o point_v the_o say_v rate_n taxation_n order_n appointment_n for_o wage_n hereafter_o follow_v and_o set_v forth_o upon_o the_o pain_n &_o forfeyture_n appoint_v by_o the_o say_a estatute_n and_o upon_o pain_n of_o her_o highness_n dyspleasure_n and_o further_o her_o highness_n pleasure_n &_o express_v commandment_n be_v that_o all_o justice_n of_o peace_n sheriff_n and_o other_o officer_n of_o her_o say_a county_n for_n lyncolne_n shall_v see_v and_o cause_v the_o same_o rate_n due_o and_o severe_o to_o be_v observe_v and_o keep_v in_o all_o point_n and_o this_o proclamation_n to_o be_v use_v in_o every_o behalf_n accord_v to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o say_a act_n and_o her_o majesty_n further_a pleasure_n and_o commandment_n be_v that_o if_o any_o question_n scruple_n or_o doubt_n shall_v rise_v upon_o any_o of_o the_o taxation_n or_o rate_n for_o this_o county_n of_o lyncolne_n here_o under_o mention_v that_o then_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v order_v and_o determine_v by_o her_o highenes_n justice_n of_o peace_n that_o do_v make_v and_o ordain_v the_o same_o taxation_n &_o rate_n and_o that_o all_o person_n shall_v perform_v keep_v the_o same_o resolution_n order_n and_o determination_n so_o by_o they_o to_o be_v make_v and_o determine_v touch_v the_o same_o god_n save_o the_o queen_n
