hereby_o have_v power_n and_o be_v appoint_v to_o make_v seal_n or_o brand_v the_o same_o that_o then_o the_o say_a justice_n mayor_n bailiff_n sovereign_a or_o other_o chief_a magistrate_n within_o he_o and_o their_o respective_a precinct_n shall_v issue_v a_o warrant_n to_o the_o constable_n of_o the_o parish_n where_o such_o offender_n reside_v require_v he_o to_o levy_v by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o the_o good_n of_o the_o person_n so_o offend_a the_o say_a sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n whereof_o the_o one_o moiety_n shall_v be_v give_v to_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n as_o aforesaid_a where_o such_o offender_n do_v reside_v and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o the_o say_a informer_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o
