notwithstanding_o i._o stat._n 5_o &_o 6_o w._n &_o m._n sess_n 5._o cap._n 5._o indictment_n certiorari_fw-la to_o remove_v indictment_n that_o in_o termtime_n no_o certiorari_fw-la at_o the_o prosecution_n of_o any_o party_n indict_v shall_v be_v grant_v out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n to_o remove_v any_o indictment_n before_o trial_n have_v and_o from_o before_o the_o
