as_o his_o neglect_n come_v to_o the_o cognizance_n of_o a_o counsel_n of_o war_n shall_v be_v culpable_a for_o his_o neglect_n either_o to_o the_o loss_n of_o place_n or_o otherwise_o according_a to_o the_o degree_n and_o quality_n of_o his_o neglect_n and_o if_o the_o business_n be_v of_o private_a damage_n or_o injury_n to_o the_o country_n man_n then_o to_o the_o make_n of_o satisfaction_n out_o of_o his_o own_o purse_n if_o by_o his_o neglect_n the_o offender_n can_v afterwards_o be_v know_v or_o produce_v ii_o that_o every_o commission-officer_n upon_o notice_n from_o the_o committee_n or_o any_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o country_n where_o he_o quarter_v concerning_o any_o complaint_n bring_v in_o against_o any_o soldier_n or_o officer_n under_o his_o command_n for_o any_o offence_n or_o injury_n to_o a_o country_n man_n or_o abuse_v to_o the_o country_n and_o of_o a_o certain_a day_n and_o place_n assign_v for_o the_o appearance_n of_o both_o party_n and_o their_o witness_n before_o the_o committee_n or_o the_o say_a justice_n shall_v cause_v the_o party_n complain_v of_o with_o what_o witness_n he_o may_v have_v for_o his_o defence_n to_o appear_v according_o and_o shall_v go_v himself_o or_o else_o some_o other_o commission-officer_n in_o his_o room_n to_o attend_v the_o say_a committee_n or_o justice_n of_o peace_n at_o the_o time_n and_o
