street_n or_o watercourse_n to_o pay_v for_o workman_n and_o plough_n and_o to_o do_v other_o thing_n to_o be_v do_v by_o this_o ordinance_n 14._o those_o rate_n and_o distress_n distress_n penalty_n these_o surveyor_n or_o any_o of_o they_o may_v levy_v by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o good_n of_o the_o party_n by_o a_o warrant_n from_o any_o one_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n and_o for_o lack_v of_o distress_n or_o not_o payment_n thereof_o within_o ten_o day_n after_o demand_v make_v or_o leave_v in_o writing_n under_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o surveyor_n or_o either_o of_o they_o at_o his_o house_n who_o be_v to_o pay_v it_o the_o party_n may_v by_o warrant_n of_o the_o justice_n be_v commit_v to_o gaol_n without_o bail_n till_o he_o pay_v double_a the_o money_n to_o be_v pay_v and_o peace_n shall_v set_v down_o 16._o and_o if_o any_o of_o these_o officer_n or_o any_o other_o be_v sue_v for_o any_o thing_n do_v in_o these_o thing_n the_o action_n must_v be_v lay_v in_o the_o county_n where_o it_o be_v do_v he_o may_v plead_v to_o it_o the_o general_a issue_n and_o if_o the_o case_n appear_v so_o the_o jury_n must_v fine_a for_o the_o defendant_n and_o then_o or_o if_o parish_n or_o one_o of_o he_o and_o one_o of_o some_o other_o parish_n that_o intend_v marriage_n of_o their_o name_n surname_n addition_n and_o place_n of_o abode_n of_o
