justice_n of_o peace_n with_o assistance_n of_o the_o country_n to_o bring_v any_o such_o party_n before_o he_o if_o either_o the_o sheriff_n or_o baily_n shall_v condemn_v any_o person_n in_o paroch_n aforesaid_a and_o to_o authorise_v the_o say_v overseer_n to_o make_v due_a trial_n and_o examination_n of_o the_o condition_n and_o number_n of_o such_o poor_a aged_n sick_a lame_a and_o impotent_a inhabitant_n of_o the_o say_a paroch_n who_o of_o themselves_o have_v not_o to_o maintain_v they_o nor_o be_v able_a to_o work_v for_o their_o live_n as_o also_o of_o all_o orphan_n and_o other_o poor_a child_n within_o the_o say_a paroch_n who_o be_v
their_o deserve_n that_o other_o may_v hear_v and_o fear_n and_o not_o do_v the_o like_a xxi_o act_n against_o the_o crime_n of_o blasphemy_n our_o sovereign_a lord_n and_o the_o estate_n of_o parliament_n consider_v that_o hither_o to_o there_o have_v be_v no_o law_n in_o this_o kingdom_n against_o the_o horrible_a crime_n of_o blasphemy_n therefore_o his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n of_o depredation_n or_o in_o the_o pursuit_n of_o denounce_v or_o declare_v rebel_n for_o capital_a crime_n or_o of_o such_o who_o assist_v and_o defend_v the_o rebel_n and_o masterfull_a depredator_n by_o arm_n and_o by_o force_n oppose_v the_o pursuit_n and_o apprehend_v of_o they_o which_o shall_v happen_v to_o fall_v out_o in_o time_n come_v nor_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v punish_v by_o death_n and_o that_o notwithstanding_o of_o any_o law_n or_o act_n of_o parliament_n or_o any_o practic_n make_v heretofore_o or_o observe_v in_o punish_v of_o slaughter_n but_o that_o the_o
