be_v contriver_n or_o actor_n of_o such_o cruel_a murder_n and_o other_o act_n of_o inhumanity_n as_o cry_v to_o god_n and_o your_o sacred_a majesty_n for_o justice_n and_o they_o have_v of_o your_o according_a to_o their_o desert_n answ._n we_o conceive_v this_o proposition_n be_v make_v but_o for_o a_o flourish_n and_o if_o the_o confederate_n be_v so_o desirous_a to_o try_v their_o innocency_n as_o they_o pretend_v they_o need_v not_o stay_v for_o another_o parliament_n in_o ireland_n but_o submit_v to_o that_o which_o be_v now_o in_o be_v which_o be_v a_o equal_a and_o just_a parliament_n as_o in_o some_o of_o our_o reason_n touch_v that_o point_n be_v express_v and_o the_o offering_n to_o draw_v it_o to_o a_o new_a parliament_n be_v in_o effect_n to_o desire_v that_o they_o may_v be_v their_o own_o judge_n for_o as_o that_o kingdom_n be_v now_o embroil_v and_o waste_v the_o chief_a delinquent_n or_o their_o confederate_n will_v be_v so_o prevalent_a a_o faction_n in_o the_o next_o these_o answer_n to_o the_o high_a and_o unexpected_a demand_n of_o the_o confederate_n we_o have_v have_v frame_v in_o humble_a obedience_n to_o your_o majesty_n direction_n but_o be_v very_o
