of_o every_o one_o age_n that_o be_v bear_v in_o carolina_n shall_v be_v reckon_v from_o the_o day_n that_o his_o birth_n be_v enter_v in_o the_o registry_n and_o not_o before_o §_o 87._o no_o marriage_n shall_v be_v lawful_a whatever_o contract_n and_o ceremony_n they_o have_v use_v till_o both_o the_o party_n mutual_o own_v it_o before_o the_o register_n of_o the_o place_n where_o they_o
